No Refunds

All payments made for booking consultation calls with KshitijTiwari.com are final and non-refundable. We commit to reserving our time and resources for your consultation upon receiving your payment.

No Rescheduling (General)

Consultation calls booked with us are considered final. As we meticulously prepare for each consultation, we do not entertain requests for rescheduling or cancellations.

Rescheduling Under Exigent Circumstances

Rescheduling a consultation call is possible under exigent circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseeable emergencies. To request a rescheduled consultation, you must provide adequate proof of the situation’s urgency.

No refunds for no show

If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation call at the agreed-upon time without providing prior notice, your payment is non-refundable. We commit to being punctual for your consultation, and we expect the same courtesy in return.

Minimum Notice for Rescheduling

In cases of exigent circumstances, any request for rescheduling must be sent to us at least 4 hours before the scheduled call. This is to ensure that we can adjust our schedule and make the necessary preparations.

Limited Rescheduling

We allow a maximum of one rescheduled call for clients facing exigent circumstances. Subsequent rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.

Time Punctuality

To ensure the smooth conduct of consultation calls, clients are expected to join the call at the agreed-upon time. Delays may result in a shortened consultation without any adjustments to the consultation fee.

Cancellation by Kshitij Tiwari

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our commitment. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution is considered a breach of this policy and will be dealt with accordingly.

Any information or advice provided during consultation calls is for general guidance and informational purposes only. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the advice provided during the consultation.

Legal Compliance

Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction as chosen by Kshitij Tiwari, Ph.D.
